Skills for Living and Learning, a school with valuable resources for children with SPD, Autism, ADD/ADHD, LD needed to get the word out.
This heartfelt school was started on grass roots south of Durango, CO in the Piedra Valley. Focusing on programs for kids with SPD, Autism, ADD/ADHD, LD and anyone interested in a small individualized setting, the school was ready to reach a broader audience. Director Susan Livingston knew she had a great resource for kids, and needed to get the word out that the school was available for families.
On a shoe string budget, with financial help from a generous client, the client requested a logo and website. The brand needed to visually illustrate a safe, beneficial environment where these kids could thrive with personal attention and knowledgeable guidance.
Graphics depicting nature and leadership, along with soothing color palette were used in the website design. An iconic logo was created that spoke to “putting the puzzle pieces” together for these kids in need of a little extra support.
The school is now updating their own site, and blogging about current events and fundraising activities. They are able to use their new organizational logo and colors on all promotional pieces, to strengthen their brand and better reach the families that might benefit from their valuable service.
We wish them the best of luck, and GREATLY admire their work. Please visit their website for more information.
